Sad news – Cool news.
It was with great sadness that I learned of the recent passing of my hero Dr Edgar Mitchell, Moon-walker and inspirer.
His legacy to science and consciousness will continue with his foundation, IONS.

I am proud to have conversed with him.
My condolences to his family and to the wonderful Cathy Beals, his executive assistant.
A good friend.
Dr Mitchell’s insights will continue to inspire my paintings.

The ‘Beacon’ Series continues to evolve. As well as an exhibition at ‘Galerie Artis’ Pont Aven, France, My ‘Beacon to New’ is going to SPACE!

As part of Nasa’s exploration to explore the ‘Bennu’ asteroid, the OSIRIS-REx probe will carry jpg images from earth.

My ‘Beacon’ is on board! – Dedicated to Dr Edgar Mitchell.

Also, a little beacon was sold for Adi Roche’s Chernobyl Children International charity for €5,000!
Delighted!

I’m just back from a very short trip to the west of Ireland with my little family and managed to get some painting done.

I’m still working on the new work for Pont Aven, France.
